On February 10th, 2022, the DHD Duo demonstrator vehicle debuted at Magna’s first Virtual Electrification Sneak Peek event - a live broadcast from Magna’s R&D centers in China, Europe, and North America about the latest innovations in powertrain electrification. More than 300 participants from around the globe joined the live broadcast.

Developed by MPJ Nanchang, the DHD Duo is an advanced HEV solution based on a two e-motor architecture. It effectively improves range and efficiency for high-volume FWD vehicles and provides a smooth driving experience like a purely electric vehicle, opening a new chapter in hybrid electric technology.
